The Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club respects your privacy and commits to administering your membership account with the minimum personal details and to protecting your information at all times.

The information we collect (in person, by post, on the website via online enquiry, online consent form and email)
You will be asked to provide some personal details such as your home address, email address, and telephone number, these details are needed to create your membership account. Completing and signing the Membership Application form and the Waiver Agreement is a condition of membership. While your membership is active the date of each visit, and all payments you make to the club will be recorded in your membership account.

Your details will be processed for the following purposes:
Your name and home address identify you and form the basis of your club membership record. Each of your visits is recorded for your minimum attendance requirement to keep your membership active. The payments you make are recorded to enable accurate accounting of the club's finances. An email address provides a platform to send information to the full membership regarding club activities If you wish to provide one, a telephone number provides a way to contact you quickly if the need arises.

Personal Data
The data provided when you joined the club will not be released or transferred to any third parties without your prior and explicit consent. Only the club secretary has access to the details you give and may only process your personal information on behalf of the club for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Data Privacy
The Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club is committed to protecting both your data and your privacy, Only the minimum amount of data is collected, and it is not processed or used for any purposes other than to maintain your club membership account and the ancillary purposes set out in this Data Privacy Policy.

What Happens if You Leave the Club
If your membership ceases for whatever reason, your Information and Personal Data is not retained, all information relating to your membership account will be removed from the club`s records within fourteen days of your membership ceasing.

Complaints

We are committed to resolve any complaints about our collection or use of your personal data.
